Our coffee is freshly roasted to ensure the best quality and flavor. As a perishable item, it has a limited shelf life and cannot be returned once purchased.

Natural Variability:

Coffee is a natural product, and some variability in taste and appearance is normal. We strive to maintain consistency, but slight differences may occur.

Taste Preferences: 

We understand that individual taste preferences vary. However, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preferences.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
